properly and operate as they should. Our SaaS solution has an
extremely high availability period at an impressive 99.87 %. Our
technical support includes providing free updates to your system
each time improvements of the version you have invested in become
available.
Development of the system is always made in close
consultation with customers, and we therefore would like you to
provide us with feedback as a way of influencing the development of
the system. You can also contact our technical support if you want
to talk directly with the project manager for the development of
iChemistry.
Support is provided by specially trained personnel or in some
cases directly by the development department. The support
procedures are such that each case has its own case number and can
be traced in the internal support management system for follow up.
In the event of any correction of possible errors or other
modifications to the system, these will be included in the next
general update or in urgent cases as a patch sent directly to
you.
