1. Agreement
When you have decided, we normally draw up an agreement for 36
months. We will have in stalled and commissioned your system within
a couple of days and allocated time in the future to cover all your
needs. You get login details to the system along with other
material. |

2. Product control
You let us know what chemicals you have in your business,
or you can hire us to do a stock take for you. We guarantee that
all of your chemicals will be available in the system. |

3. Inventory
You register in the system the departments and chemicals
used and the quantities involved. |

4. Risk assessment
Follow our guide for risk assessment by using the
documentation we have produced to answer a few questions about your
business. |

5. Fixed and ready !
Now it's simply a case of sitting back and letting us take
care of the rest. There will of course be regular tasks to be
carried out, such as risk assessments, new stock takes etc. but you
can relax, we will let you know when this needs to be done, and we
can do this for you if you prefer. |

6. Afterwards
When there are things that need doing, or if something needs
correcting, we will let you know and always provide you with access
to an up to date summary of the status of your chemical
administration. |
